Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our organization uses Dayforce to track time in attendance, as well as automate employee benefits and payroll reimbursements.

Dayforce has helped with benefit administration, specifically the compliance regulations from the IRS about flex spending accounts.
It allows us to monitor internal work policies and easy find outliers from normal schedules, catching them in real time.
Record keeping is streamlined. Our company used to keep paper copies of files which had to be scanned and saved. Now with forms and workflows we’re able to minimize paper passing and scanning tasks which gives more time to do other more complicated tasks.
