Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for all of our organizational needs. We use it for Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Management, Performance Reviews, ETC. all our employees use it to clock in and out daily, request time off, etc.

  • Streamlines our employee user experience
  • One-stop shop for our employees
  • The Recruiting feature has given us many issues.
  • We definitely see a reduced reliance on paper
  • Better organization of of our data and ability to share it with all employees

It's very nice to have all employee data in one place, available instantly.

Yes

Dayforce does what we need it to do and keeps us organized. It's Recruiting feature is behind other companies. The new features are slow to roll-out and expensive to add on, and we have experienced multiple technical glitches which are difficult to resolve even when submitting tickets.
