Overall Satisfaction with Chatter
We use Chatter to communicate between reps and departments. If a client calls in looking to speak with a certain department that is not mine, I am quickly able to get information to them from using Chatter.
- Easy collaboration.
- Easy flow of documents for projects. When working with a client and need to attach documents to send to another team member, the process is easy and fast.
- Feed comments can sometimes be duplicated.
- Privileges and getting started.
- Easy communication that otherwise would be missed. Time spent communicating with staff via email or in-person has been the biggest ROI.
Very similar but I'll give Chatter the advantage because of the different areas and notifications that come with it.
