Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

It's used to better understand what is happening on calls by being able to record it for others who can use to review for training purposes. Very helpful to enable cross-functional teams to get more involved with what sales deals with on a daily basis which then influences the product development cycle.

Chorus.ai is well suited for sales teams who are talking to prospects and want that information recorded so other groups within the company can hear directly from those people what is and is not working.
