Used in sales and customer success for visibility, coaching, training, accountability, and marketing purposes.

  • Filtering
  • Instances where companies have multiple brands
  • UX/UI with transcriptions. The older one was better
  • We are quicker to fire individuals.
  • We know where we're losing money.
  • We have more of a people problem than Chorus.ai can specifically help with, but it does tell us who we need to focus on.
Chorus.ai has a better UX/UI and better sales/customer success focus.
We use scorecards for demo/cold call certifications and moments to help train people on specific focal points.
All sales/customer success teams can benefit from Chorus.ai. If the teams aren't client facing (i.e. product teams), there's no need for Chorus.ai.
