The decision was made by higher-ups, and it's our first time using a software like this.
We use many other tools and Chorus.ai fits in seamlessly. We have it integrated with Zoom and Salesforce, which are most important. It appears there is an SSO/Okta integration and we will hopefully be doing that next.
When other people within our organization would like to hear sales calls, Chorus.ai has made it very easy to share snippets or whole calls with them. This has saved a ton of time--instead of having to wait and shadow a sales rep, they can listen to it on their own.
We've had a fantastic CSM and when they're not available the support center has been helpful. Not sure if there is live chat but that would be helpful.
Chorus.ai is well-suited for companies looking to grow their telesales teams. It is not well-suited for companies where in-person meetings are the norm.
