As mentioned previously, Chorus seamlessly integrated with Zoom and catalogs all sales conversations. It is very effective at its core competency. The UI leaves a bit to be desired, but the product is sound.
We use it for coaching and sales training. It's been a great tool to accelerate ramping of new AEs and has been great to insure insights from customers are properly captured for future use in case studies and other value-based collateral.
