It easily ties into our conferencing and call solutions.
It allowed for operational teams to gain insight into the conversations that they are supporting. Making handoffs easier or making it easier for other team members to get up to speed on the conversation, client needs, and delivery. Teams that weren't expected to find interest in this tool are highly engaged and find value in it.
There is an opportunity for improvement for Chorus to improve their onboarding experience for new customers or new users.
Great for sales training, coaching team members on how to speak to products/offerings or services that your company sells. Also helps provide context for the operational teams that are not a part of the sales conversation. It may not be a fit for teams just seeking a call recording offering as there are cheaper and less intuitive options available.
