Gong and InsightSquared are probably better suited for larger organizations like IHS Markit, where we have thousands of sales reps. Hoever, Chorus is probably a more affordable alternative. I really like the content that both Gong and InsightSquared puts out and I think their functionality is a bit more robust. I'd also like to see the meetings that are being recorded automatically logged in Salesforce... that part is not happening for us currently with Chorus.

I really like the ability to track key words and phrases and to see how often those are being used in conversations with clients and prospects. We also deploy a hunter//farmer model, so Chorus serves as an important conduit to share more insights into what our clients are saying, so our hunters can use that information in conversations with clients.
I've had very little interaction with the support team so far. I would like the team to be more proactive in reaching out to users to drive engagement with the platform. I did recently ask for a contact at Chorus that I reached out to in order to get some training on the calendar... It just seems there could be/should be a lot more that I can do to leverage the technology and I want to make sure I am taking full advantage of everything the platform has to offer. At this point, I don't know what I don't know.
