Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

  • Handoffs & Collaboration / Knowledge Sharing
I use it in my department and love being able to share quick snippets with my whole organization. Chorus.ai is great for sharing conversations efficiently because every video gets transcribed and you can listen to the videos on 1x, 1.5x, and 2x.
  • You can listen to the videos on 1.5x and 2x which I almost always utilize.
  • I like being able to see recordings from the rest of my team.
  • I like that it shows the duration of each call, so you can understand at a glance how much time you are spending with calls.
  • Transcription is about 80% accurate and could be improved.
  • Sometimes it gets two different speakers mixed up so the time that a certain person is talking is not always accurate.
  • I don't utilize the coaching section but would like to see how it benefits others.
  • Improved accuracy of notes from sales conversations.
  • Increased confidence with objection handling.
I use Chorus.ai daily, integrated with Zoom, so that all calls are recorded for my notetaking purposes (and I ask everyone that I speak to for their permission). Without Chorus.ai, I wouldn't have an easy way to review calls. Although I try to take as many notes during a call as possible, there are times when I like to just listen to the person I'm speaking to. I am able to do this since I know I will be able to easily review it in Chorus.ai later.
We share delightful moments (audio/video snippets) from conversations we have with our customers, raving about our product, and it helps to boost moral on the team because everyone is able to hear the impact made from what they are building.
I have not worked with the customer support team. Everything is very "self-service" so I've been able to figure it out on my own, which I like.
Chorus.ai is great for research and sales conversations (either video or phone) so that you can go back and write down details from the calls. I often search in the transcription for certain words which helps me to jump around in the conversation quickly.
