In my role as a Financial Advisor, I use Chorus by ZoomInfo to capture and analyze client conversations in order to strengthen communication, improve documentation, and enhance the overall client experience. Chorus by ZoomInfo records and transcribes my virtual meetings, giving me a reliable way to review discussions, track follow‑ups, and maintain consistent, compliant messaging.

We use Playlists to help reduce ramp time by letting new hires quickly learn from top-performing calls. It also helps Improves team-wide communication consistency, since reps hear exactly how successful colleagues position products or handle tough questions. Additionally, it increases coaching efficiency, as leaders no longer need to manually search for examples—everything is pre-organized.
Chorus by ZoomInfo integrates cleanly with all three platforms we use—Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. It becomes the conversation intelligence layer that ties these systems together.
