Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

We use Cisco AnyConnect to be able to manage equipment in different locations while on the road. It's quick and easy to use and easy enough for non-technical users to get up and running with it.

Pros

  • Remote access
  • Clientless connectivity

Cons

  • Licensing
  • Small business licensing
  • AnyConnect and its predecessor Cisco IPSec clients ensure that we can do remote work instead of staring at a windshield for hours.
I have not needed to open any TAC cases.
AnyConnect is much easier to deploy and has better pricing.
