Overall Satisfaction with Cisco AnyConnect

It is one of the top notch and maybe most secure access VPN. Very conveninant to use it to access our organization internal network safely from home or when I travel somewhere away from office.
One of the best things is that the traffic is secure as it is encrypted,
I've never had any issue so far and it really helped me a lot access my organization's network and tools whenever I was away from the office.

Pros

  • It is widely accessible via multiple OS and platforms

  • It automatically reconnects if I am having small disruptions with my connection
  • It has integrated MGA to ensure my secure connection
  • It has encrypted traffic feature
  • It is very stable and secure and reliable wherever I use it outside my office
  • as positive impact it has enabled our business to have access to our tools and network very securely when working outside the office
  • Very smooth and reliable, so no issues with connects and reconnects
  • In some really rare ocasions when there is some global high load, it can lead to some small latency issues. But that is accptable
I think overall I would give it a score of 8.
The cross-platform option is very good and offers you the possibility to work from different platforms and devices and have access to the office network and tools.
The connections are very reliable and reconnects hapen when havin short disruptions.
I think I can say that we have benefited from the ability of Cisco AnyConnect to provide us fast and easy connectivity to the network of our organization. We can login very easy with a single click and PN client automatically reconnects if the network drops or switches. The traffic is encrypted so it is very convinient for hotels, airports and other uses.

It is very well suited to use when working from home, hotel or anywhere outside the office in order to access your desired network and tools.

For a company like ours it is a bit expensive since the cost of licensing and menagement is a bit high, but it is worth it.
