Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst 9100 Access Points

We use Cisco APs to our 3 Floors with aprox 100 people per floor. Our environment is covered by 10 Cisco APs 9164 per Floor. As the users today have notebook and celllphones, I think that we have a high usage of the wifi connectivity over the company. The cable connectivity is also available but it is going to be unused.

I have a good report of the usage by the users. The support from Cisco is also very good to troubleshooting and to fix the issues. A secure AP with features that make the connectivity and the speed very good to the enterprise companies with medium size and some complex tasks.
Is very good to have a controller centralized and the Cisco Aps can be installed in every location that is need. I think that the Aps need to have the right setup to be configured in the controller with all security and best pratices to have a good coverage and optimization of the wifi network.
The implementation process is very necessary to achive the wifi best network operation. A Site Survey report that indicate the position of the APs is very recomended to avoid install location erros thar could afect the coverage in the floor. After that is configuration must be detailed analysed to have the security details right in the setup.
Is very good to controll the Aps over a controller. This makes the configuration and the operation very good. The controller covers the needs of the company that have medium sizes and branch offices.
We have knowledge that Cisco APs will fit our necessities. A very good range of options and configuration that help to IT Team to setup the network. The use of the new Wifi 6 technlogy is also other fact to select this brand. The users will have devices that will use wifi 6 soon in our company.

For companies that have medium size they fit very well with the compatibility and secure operation. We do not have gap in the coverage and also if a Site Survey is not done before the operation could be bad. A good Site Survey report that indicate the right position of the aps is very recommended.
