Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber

It is being used primarily within the Contact center agents group as a soft phone client. It resolve[s] the issue of compatibility for the Cisco IP Communicator on the Mac OS.
  • Soft phone capability.
  • Presence status.
  • Chat to Webex escalation.
  • 3rd party app integration.
  • The phone dialer pad.
  • Messaging and chat search and archiving.
  • Allowed soft phone access from mobile devices on both android and iPhone, where it was not possible before.
  • Video calling feature and integration with Webex.
Jabber provide[s] similar capability for chat and messaging, but excel[s] on the soft phone features.
