Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
I use Cisco Jabber [at my] call center. I [can] receive calls and resolve issues, application access, connection, request permission, block accounts, add roles, create new application users, unblock active directory accounts, and reset passwords. [Cisco] Jabber was used by the team group for meetings [as well]. The company uses [Cisco] Jabber for [bank attendants and] bank clients.
- [Good for] call centers
- Meetings
- Appointments
- Sound
- Automatic settings
- Connections
- Positive: uses local network
- Negative: remote connection
- Google Hangouts (Classic)
[Cisco] Jabber is a more closed platform in the environment of a domain. It is only able to communicate more in the company environment since everything you say is recorded while you are connected, and also if you use [Cisco] Finesse. In my case, we used [Cisco] Jabber and [Cisco] Finesse, but [Cisco] Jabber was more stable than [Cisco] Finesse.
