Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex App is our primary source of communication channel within our organisation, we also use it to talk to our partners across the globe to have video calls! We also use teams as our IM and have been having very good experience so far! It’s very easy to get started which saves lot of time and $$. The experience is very real during our video calls and works seamlessly even at low bandwidth locations.

- Have seen issues where messages are not sent due to Webex server issues.

User experience is much better on Webex App and installation is very simple as compared to Zoom. It would be good to show more data to the user to clearly say if the problem is with the network or app server.
