Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We used it as an official communication channel between internal teams and with the clients as well. When it comes to the usability of Jaber it comes really handy and its all features are very useful. When it comes to sharing screens, taking control all works like magic. Didn't find any lags or any issues. Even the file transfer interface is also good.

Zoom has good features but jabber is also having the same feature but good performance, as we can observe lag when we are sharing a screen or taking remote control but on the other hand these with Jaber there are no lags at all. So like that other things are also there but somehow I feel Jabber is better w.r.t file sharing as well, chatting, etc.
