Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We used Cisco Jabber as a way to communicate internally with colleagues from all over the world and in some cases to communicate with partners of the company as well.

- Status syncs with Cisco Webex meetings.
- Group chats
- Can improve general aesthetics of app (Make it look nicer).
- Add more emoticons.
- Have an option to add contact photo.
- Because NSC is a Platinum partner with Cisco, savings are huge.
- Cisco easily integrates with most of our existing apps.
- Generally easy to use.
In terms of general communication, it stacks up better as you can use your account on pc or mobile(great for people who are not 100% of the time in front of their desk or running errands), [and it's] not a pain to set this up on your mobile device compared to competitors.
