Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
Using Cisco Jabber was a huge game changer during the pandemic (and beyond). Not only did this save time, phone calls, and trips to each other's offices, it improved communication amongst our team and across other departments. The functionality of this program is awesome as it also allows video conferencing as well as phone calls - perfect for working from home!

While I did not select Cisco Jabber, I am glad we did. The only other communication tool close to Cisco Jabber that we use is Zoom, and as many are aware, there are huge differences between the two. Cisco Jabber allows us to get rid of the mass need for Zoom, except when we are communicating outside of our organization.
