I would love to see a ROI on a Firewall.
The implementation had zero impact to the users which had no downtime to the users.
Superior products with high availability creates stability for productivity.

The advanced features has significant improved visibility and granularity to viewing and protecting assets.

Support Rating

Cisco Support has always been knowledgeable in their product and has been responsive to their customers.

We user Remote Access VPN everyday for all our users. It works well and when moving from Cisco ASA to Cisco FTD it was seamless. I couldn't ask for a better VPN. We also send logs and analytics to a SIEM for further analysis and that also works well.
