Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Umbrella

We're using the Cisco Umbrella across our organization. The main usage is for IT Accounting and transparency—filtering unwanted and inappropriate content across the whole organization. As not our infrastructure is SD-WAN ready and several brand routers, we need a solution that can be deployed cross-brand.

Cisco Umbrella provides DNS layer protection for all our endpoints, whether inside the company site or remote worker without the complicated setup. It also doesn't add processing weight to the user's endpoint, as it sits on the cloud, this becomes a lifesaver for our IT management.
Yup, as it sits on the cloud as a network service we can easily deploy it across multiple brands and our old network infrastructure.
We don't buy the phone support as we don't need it. After all, the service is very user friendly and can be deployed seamlessly.
Cisco Umbrella offers more visibility across our company network, and it offers more content categories and regular updates on the list.
Cisco Umbrella is very easy to implement where the organization doesn't have a dedicated network guy. This solution is well suited also for small businesses that need to have basic firewall capability (content filtering) without expensive hardware. If you already have a dedicated firewall and need more customization based on the user role, Cisco Umbrella might have difficulty catching up with your company's needs.
