We are not using Cisco to fully support remote working however we are using its opendns functionality to block unwanted domains.
Hybrid/remote model of working is working very well for the well being of our users even if we do not use Cisco products to support that.
The biggest challenge is to adapt multivendor environments and make all components work together.
Cisco Umbrella have the biggest brainpower behind their products and is also from one of the biggest and best players in the Network market.
