Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Everyone in the company uses Cisco Webex Meetings. We used it to have meetings with people all over the country and across the globe. We use it for both internal meetings as well as meetings with customers.

Pros and Cons

Allows for people all over the country to be together.
Like that Cisco Webex Meetings can share documents.

The ability to customize meetings - remove the password.
The ability to have the solution automatically call your phone, without an up-charge on the license cost.

Return on Investment

Has had a positive impact as has eliminated the need to travel all of the time.
Negative impact when people cannot get into a meeting and e-mails have to be sent around to gain access.

Customer Support

I have not worked with the support team at Cisco Webex Meetings.

Adoption

Everyone in the company can schedule a Cisco Webex Meetings.

Only integrated with Outlook

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting and Skype

Personally, I like Cisco Webex Meetings the best. Find it the easiest of the products above to use. Like that, I can call in very quickly and do not have to use my computer to log in to the audio

Likelihood to Recommend

Cisco Webex Meetings works well for meetings with individuals in multiple locations and where documents need to be shared with everyone.
Less appropriate when only two people are joining the meeting but need to share documents.

I like the product but they need to do a couple of enchancements
