Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use it primarily to communicate with various people at Cisco and to keep up with various topics fro Cisco Live. It is used by people who need to talk with Cisco for various reasons. it is not our company's primary messaging platform. The business problem it solves, at least for me, is the ease at which I can ask casual questions of our Cisco account team. This is much easier than sending e-mails that can get lost in the pile, or taking up phone time with trivial questions.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to communicate with our account team
  • Easy to setup a more formal meeting
  • I like the ability to "go back in time" to find some message or attached document.

Cons

  • I don't have much in the way of improvements
  • The positive impact is ease of communications which makes for faster communications
  • Positive impact is the ability to keep in touch with CiscoLive presenters after the conference.
Currently I use both. MS Teams is our primary internal messaging platform. For me, the features sets are quite comparable.
I've not ever had a problem using WebEx meetings unless I have a problem with my laptop.
It has scaled well for us. It's been easy to add new users and use AD to integrate them.
I do not use these features.
For us, it's the best tool for casual conversations with our Cisco account team.
