Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Webex is used across our organization to host meetings with remote team members, clients, vendors, leadership. It is used for webinars for training, presentations, reviews.
- The connectivity is never an issue, therefore users can connect easily and are not dropped.
- The ease of screen sharing and switching between what to show and locking others from seeing what you don't want to share.
- I honestly cannot think of anything that Webex has challenges with as I prefer it over Google Hangouts.
- The ability to record has always provided backup documentation
Although Google Hangouts is no cost, it's very spotty and drops users or the sound is difficult.

The note taking has been helpful but as with any note taker, translation is sometimes a challenge when using it with other countries. Having the ability to cancel some noise has been especially helpful considering the state of work at home with background noise being a challenge.
I have not used any others at this time.
The settings have been super helpful to give controls and access where needed vs. not.
