Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

WebEx Meetings is used in my team, we are using it as a part of the whole Cisco UC solution. Initially i thought that WebEx Teams is the ultimate solution for everything, but [also] having Webex meetings - it took me some time to understand the purpose of it.
It was supposed to address the meeting invitations done by WebEx.
  • Meeting Notification.
  • Scheduling a meeting.
  • Integration with Outlook.
  • UX between WebEx teams and Meetings.
  • Crashed a lot.
  • The purpose of the WebEx meetings?
  • No clear purpose on the need for such software.
  • Crashes a lot.
  • Had to upgrade it with WebEx teams, so when [there is] an update, I spend time.
Both MS teams and Zoom can do what WebEx meetings and WebEx teams [do] together! So I think it would be a good idea that Cisco follows the same steps. Multiple software[s] are annoying.
One other important note, is that the UX when using WebEx teams is different than using WebEx Meetings! Like Chat!!
This is a major issue as I have to tell the attendee from where to join to get a better experience.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

No

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

No

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

No

It's there all the time, running when the machine starts - [whether] I use it [or] I do not.
A thing to mention is that it reminds you when you have a meeting from Zoom, but it won't allow you to join the zoom meeting - so what is the purpose of such feature?
I see no point from having it, and I can live with normal outlook calendar.
It would be scalable if I have one application to do it all. having multiple Cisco applications is just confusing as I said earlier. I hope Cisco fixes this and join[s] all of the UC applications into one.
WebEx meetings integrates with outlook and calendar, but if you get an invitation via other platform, you won't be able to use WebEx meetings to join - if I can't do that, why does it notify me?
Also, it's a side app for WebEx teams.
I honestly, after using it, do not know [why] can't Cisco integrate it in WebEx teams? It just runs on my PC consuming RAM, and doing nothing. When I have it running with WebEx teams and outlook, and a meeting time has come [in], I see like 3 notifications from everywhere!
