Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Cisco Webex Teams is one of the best applications I have ever used. In my company it is used as an official communication method. When the manager or someone else needs to share some information or an important message with the team, we have a general space for that. It's very easy to use, apart from reading emails and answering calls. When it comes to the meetings, it is a really quick tool to use to arrange a meeting. We just have to click the green meet icon, then we can initiate a call with members who are in particular space. That is really awesome feature. If we need to share some files with others, we use Cisco Webex Teams. We just have to drag and drop the file and hit the enter button. Actually there are many more features our organization is currently using with Cisco Webex Teams. I would like to call this one of our daily-driver applications, and it helps reduce the complexity of our daily office work. In one single application we have everything we really need.

Pros and Cons

Cisco Webex Teams' space is one of the best things because we can give an important message to a number of people without calling or sending an email.
We can meet all the people in a space with one single click.
We also can share files easily. We just have to drag and drop the file to a particular space and hit the enter button.
Also we can integrate a bot for our teams (e.g., we can add a Google Calendar bot and get to know what meetings have been scheduled without going to Google Calendar). This one app has all of important features we need, including a call facility.

Most of the people prefer the look of Microsoft Teams. I would hope the GUI for Cisco Webex Teams would be as attractive.
When it come to the mobile application, it is bit heavy for Android phones. When running in background, it affects battery life. It would be better if Cisco could make this app lighter. For the Apple users, it may be better because of the different hardware and software architecture.
I feel this is kind of a heavy app. That feeling comes through the UI of the application. If you can make the UI more user friendly, you'll improve the UX.

I think this is a really good investment for a company that is trying to make their businesses simpler.

Usability

This is one of the best practical and suitable applications for day-to-day office work. I'm often using it to get and share files, send messages, and get information from my colleagues and managers in my organization.

Likelihood to Recommend

This application is well suited for a company that has one manager who oversees many employees. The management can meet or send a message to all the people they oversee. No matter where there are, the employees will receive a message in couple of seconds. I think this is not appropriate for users who are currently using Microsoft Teams. My personal experience is users are more adaptive to Microsoft Teams than Cisco Webex Teams. There's no point in selling Cisco Webex Teams to that kind of company.
