Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams
We started with IT only. It is currently being used at targeted users across the organization. We used it as first as a replacement for Slack but we would like to use it further to replace the IM and Calling on Jabber. It has been a challenge to get users to utilize it due to their attachment to Slack or their lack of knowledge on its use.

- History of project timelines and discussions
- Replacement of Webex? We hope.
- File management sucks!
- Integration with Box etc is a pain to configure and useless for non technical users.
- Positive - Team discussions make things happen faster and with less errors
- Negative Trying to use with files takes time and wastes time. Went back to other methods
- Positive - Meetings works well
Comparable just costs a lot more.
