Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)
We use Webex Team to coordinate actions with our InfoSec Team and Cisco Incident Response Service.
- It is highly reliable
- It is very intuitive
- Allows for an easy communication anytime, anywhere
- If you use Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Teams overrides some registry keys at startup so Microsoft Teams is no longer your default collaboration app
- Its value as a reliable communication tool is unquestionable.
As it works seamlessly, we don't need any kind of support.
Currently it is only used by the InfoSec Team.
Cisco Webex Teams is much more reliable and easy to use than Microsoft Teams
