Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
The marketing team uses press release distribution.
- People who call to verify are friendly.
- People who call to verify do so in a timely fashion.
- Account rep changes all the time.
- User interface is from the 90s.
- Renewal date is 3 months out - a lot can change in 3 months in a small co.
- Prices are too high for the value. Other companies charge WAY less.
- I paid for a graphic and didn't know I could use it for all releases. Again - bad UI.
- I felt trapped in a contract that I didn't want due to the renewal timeline.
- I feel I can do better with MUCH less expensive options (e.g. PR Underground).
- No real value for the price.
I also used Social Media Targeting and Monitoring briefly when it was TrendKite. It was a good tool, but we weren't a large enough company to derive value from it.
