Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

To track projects and keep up with deadlines. It helps us manage our day-to-day business better. Being new to the team I struggled with being organized and following up with our projects. I have completed several projects before the deadline.

Pros

  • Keep projects organized.
  • Send out Due Date reminders.
  • Follow-up emails on outstanding tasks.

Cons

  • The subtask function is difficult when you are trying to move tasks in different orders.
  • The app freezes often.
  • Helps keep our clients more organized when following up on projects.
We are meeting our project deadlines quickly.
It's the only system we use for managing and it has been the most efficient.
It was a company decision I had no say in but I believe it was a great decision.
