ClickUp is a great platform for larger projects where we have to manage and keep track of multiple teams with task dependencies. Taking an example of a particular module launch we can easily follow the progress on the design, development and testing in one place but the same with smaller modules or simpler tasks may feel complex and time consuming.

I am impressed by how ClickUp has continued raising the bar and maintaining competitiveness with other platforms like monday.com and Asana. Although I have found ClickUp to be less intuitive to use than monday.com, there are features that are superior to what Monday has to offer. With monday.com, project items are rigidly tied to distinct boards offering little flexibility for managing different types of tasks and project phases. The dashboard viewing options feel far more comprehensive and easier for the user to navigate and adapt to changing needs.

Its multiple view options allow teams and individuals to utilize whichever type of view (boards, lists, tables, calendar, Gantt) works best for the information it holds. This is a very good and easy tool to use vs competitors. I would highlight interface, the interface is generally user-friendly, although it may be confusing for new users due to the large number of functions. Maybe the most compressed version could be shown to them, and as the user gets to know the program, new functions could be offered to them constantly, and feedback could be requested once a month.

ClickUp is similar to Asana but, in my opinion, better. It has a better UX, has more features and requires less customization to be useful. I find it great as a project management option. They are trying to branch into being a CRM, and in my opinion, they aren't doing great on that front. But for a project management tool they're amazing.

Project Management seems to be the best way to use ClickUp. Having the ability to create tasks and sub-tasks for different projects, assign tasks and sub-tasks to different users, track statuses of tasks, keep notes in each task, and include deadlines allows for a great solution to basic project management.

Customer Relationship Manager is another solution that we may use in the future. Having the ability to keep track of Customers in the same system as the projects we are managing would be very helpful. You can customize the view to show all important detail for each customer and search customers as needed.

Any team that has multiple people working on multiple tasks would benefit from using ClickUp because you are always able to see the status of a task and change whose "table" it is on. I could see it being less effective for smaller groups or individuals.

It's not so much an asset to our team as it is part of our team.

For the past three years, ClickUp has been the cornerstone of our task and project management. It has served us well in many ways, including creating automation that creates tasks based on external project phases and contingencies, communicating updates with our team, and organizing large internal projects. When we first adopted it, the CRM capabilities weren't what we needed, so we opted for a different platform for that. Still, I can't speak to the function now, knowing that the ClickUp team is continually improving their product.

For business owners with teams or a virtual assistant, ClickUp can be a game-changer. It's much more robust than other "project management" platforms and the built-in AI makes it an easy selection when looking to upscale and organize your business systems.
It is a great platform to manage your clients as well. One platform for all the work you are doing with a client that provides easy access to your clients while allowing you to control the level of access.

The customer service is phenomenal and I appreciate that they really do take the users' feedback into consideration when adding new features. It's great for managing just about every aspect of a company or organization. Our team even uses ClickUp as a CRM.

ClickUp is great for project management where you are able to define outcomes and tasks for each member or department. Where is is not helpful is when cards or action items are entered by users who are not clear on the objective of the project and are not familiar or have been trained on how it works.

ClickUp is great for large and small teams that have a lot of different threads that they use to coordinate projects, information, and requests. It is a good central location for knowledge management as well as creative content as well. It is a good tool that can help keep teams informed and aligned.

This is great for teams looking for a platform that collaborates frequently and has a lot of different hands in different areas. We are able to have our teammates proof work, set deadlines for projects and add to existing tasks to make it clear what everyone is working on. Teams that don't have as many deliverables might not find the same benefits as teams that churn out material on a daily basis.

ClickUp is great for simple project management and providing management with insight into how a project is tracking, including its current status title, written status updates, and deadlines.

ClickUp is not so great for individual project management. While you can create sub-tasks and sub-sub tasks, these do not show up on the "Board" feature for easy KanBan project management.

ClickUp seems designed to provide a simple look into project management. There's a lot of customization possible, which is a blessing and a curse. It's good to be able to do what you need, but at my company we added a busier, more complex view and a ton of custom fields taking away from the base simplicity. The ability to view lists or cards on a board is nice because different people work differently.

ClickUp helps us create a task, assign team members, and track progress with deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. For instance, if there is a delayed distribution for some reason, it is likely that more than one investor will be impacted, so we can easily create one ticket and add teams/followers to tickets so that we don't duplicate efforts.
