ClickUp is by far the best project management and team tracking software out there!

For our industry, there are so many projects, tasks, and deadlines to keep track of during and after the season that ClickUp has really simplified for us. Before ClickUp, there were too many projects that were getting dropped, forgotten, or took too much time to get back up to speed when revisiting the project that we needed a solution that would allow us to focus on the import services we offered and less time on our trying to strategically track our progress. ClickUp helped us in being able to enter all our projects and tasks and then prioritize them for the week and each day which helped all of us to clearly know what to focus on, which made real progress with projects. Completing tasks helps keep the "ship" running, but making substantial progress with projects is what moves the "ship" forward in a meaningful way. And ClickUp has seriously helped us in both areas.

ClickUp has helped us immensely in keeping numerous entities organized, along with projects/tasks for each one. We love how we can have a task/project assigned to a team member, and then when they have completed their phase of the project and updated the status how it automatically assigns the next team member in the process. It seriously cuts down wasted time during the project transfer throughout team members. Also, for managers, being able to analyze the workloads of each team member has helped them make better assignments.

We use a lot less spreadsheets and post-it notes because of ClickUp. We have created templates to help us with recurring processes so that we don't forget a step. And we love how the task is recreated after marking the recurring task completed so that we never have to worry about forgetting recurring processes within the company. ClickUp has helped us get better at consistency.
