Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use it for our full funnel project managemt from Sales right through to campaign implementation & reporting. It helps us keep track of the campaigns in the system, tasks to be done, assigning tasks, briefing in respective teams and keeping track of our sales team & their work.
- Offers various visual options for different thinking types, i.e. mind maps
- A lot of detail can be incorporated
- You can build the structure based on your requirements.
- Because changes are saved automatically, these changes are at times not actualy saved & by the time one realises the change that was done days or weeks prior, you can't remember what the change/ addition was
- Assign more than 1 person in the Comments block in Tasks
- Time saving: Saved a few hours
- Productivity: keeping track of tasks & being able to look back at completed tasks
- Being able to move projects within our process funnel & building the template based on our needs
It's a lot easier to keep track of tasks & to hold staff accountable. We are able to quickly pick up on urgent matters or projects that need attending to. Communication on where campaigns are in our process funnel & what next steps are.
We've been able to build our own process based on our requirements. The tool is customizable and easy to use. There are also various visual options available that might work better for another team member to use using the same information e.g., someone works better viewing things in the board view vs someone else who prefers seeing the same information but in the Table view.
