Great for many purposes

We as a music agency use ClickUp both as a database for all our contacts in the industry and also for the project management. With ClickUp it is easy for our team to link the projects to the contact and in this way show everyone in the team which projects are planned with which partner. Even though ClickUp is not primarily designed for this, it works very well. Ive implemented and used ClickUp at my previous company as well, where we used it as product management software, and there I learned the depths and possibilities to also use it for completely different projects and circumstances. If you know how, you can use ClickUp for almost everything you need.

Its way clearer for the team what the others are working on as well as the status of the projects the others are working on. For us it is always useful to know with which contacts our colleagues are planning projects with in order to address those people accordingly and talk about the other projects and experiences had with those projects.

Before all the data management was done via excel and projects were planned on paper or in folders and word documents. This way everything is on ClickUp and easily traceable
