Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures
We use CodeTwo Email Signatures so that each member of our team has a matching email signature template. There are 8 members of our team that currently use this feature.
- They have had extremely fast customer service.
- Their customer service team puts in the work to fix any issue you may have.
- It is a very user-friendly application.
- One issue we have run into is that since we didn't have pre-sized images, they would sometimes appear larger in other people's email inboxes.
- You have to refresh the number of tenants often when you make changes to signatures.
- Sometimes can be tricky when you have to work with the HTML code of the signature.
- It allows our customers to see our project manager's expertise by linking their LinkedIn profiles to their email signatures.
- It allows us to add customizable promotional messaging to our email signatures when we have an event or product we want to promote.
- Helps with our brand awareness because it allows us to use images that show our project managers are masters/experts in our field.
We decided to select CodeTwo over other products because their customer support team was extremely quick to get back to us when we had an inquiry. I also liked that they allowed us to use a free trial so we could actually test the product.
