Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is being used accross the whole organization in different countries. It helps us to keep all mails compliant both to local law regulations in particular countries and internal company branding. It also addresses the need to promote some events that are being organized and helps us encourage recipients to visit company websites and social media.

Pros

  • Easy to work with using Office365 placeholders
  • Possibility to create own templates
  • Possibility to have different mail signature for external and internal recipients
  • Different signature for subsequent emails
  • Ready social media icons that can be inserted within the tool

Cons

  • After changes convertion from HTML to RTF and Plain Text could be done automatucally.
  • Can't think of anything else ;)
  • Reduced cost of last organization's rebranding significantly
  • Made internal communication more efficient
  • Makes us look more professional outside of the organization
We haven't used anything else before. CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 started as a pilot project in one country to check the solution. It was so good and the price was so reasonable that we were not even considering other solutions. The tool is now used across our group in several countries.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
It is a perfect solution for bigger organizations that want to be sure all mail signatures are always compliant with internal rules and law requirements. Any changes of branding or the need to change mail signature content is done fast and easy. I probably wouldn't recommend it only to very small companies with a few employees situated in one office. In other cases - always a very useful tool.
