Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365
CodeTwo is currently being used by those who opt into it. I am lobbying to have it used company-wide for several reasons:
- It creates a consistent brand for email signatures, both internally and externally.
- It makes email signatures dead easy for staff to have, whether from their favorite email client or webmail, desktop or mobile, Windows, Mac, etc.
- Changes to an email signature, either for the individual (name change, title change) or org-wide, are also painless.
- Much less IT support to provide all of the above, which is more and more important as we grew.
- It creates a consistent brand for email signatures, both internally and externally.
- It makes email signatures dead easy for staff to have, whether from their favorite email client or webmail, desktop or mobile, Windows, Mac, etc.
- Changes to an email signature, either for the individual (name change, title change) or org-wide, are also painless.
- Much less IT support to provide all of the above, which is more and more important as we grew.
- AzureAD sync
- Central control over many signatures
- Multiple email signature templates for different AAD groups/users
- Definitely needs to avoid automatically assigning to "everyone" when you remove all senders. That bit me twice!
- To implement two different keyword directives, I had to duplicate the signature templates. Avoiding duplication would be ideal.
- Address use case where some staff email from a shared mailbox.
- Address use case where some staff need a different signature for some of their emails.
- Saves IT support time by automatically creating the perfect signature for staff, regardless of which app/platform/device they use to generate the email
We took a quick look at Exclaimer, Rocketseed. We chose CodeTwo because we received a word-of-mouth recommendation, plus our supplier knows it well and could set it up for us.
