Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur is being used company-wide to track all employee tracks and expenses. Every individual employee in the organization uses the tool to track and submit all travel and expenses whether for travel or daily job role needs. Finance also uses the tool to auto deduct from department budgets.

OHM ERP: we were able to integrate travel expense from ERP to import automatically.
The mobile app is the most innovative from my experience. It allows the expense it feature by taking a picture of a receipt it also allows for credit card expenses to be auto-linked to report as the come through and post to the credit card itself. This has saved time for all employees.
It has benefited by alerting employees of recommended hotels, car rentals, travel airlines, airport parking, etc. These features help the employee avoid going against company policy when booking their travel and it also alerts when submitting the actual report. These features have helped employees with their expense reports and saving time when submitting
I believe Concur covers all aspects of a company’s travel and expense program. It’s great for tracking and setting up alerts and such to make sure employees are staying within the policy, but can allow a little more wiggle room and should allow the end-user to customize the solution to tailor to their environment.

Using Concur Travel and Expense

3900 - They represent all functions in the organization. From information technology to plant workers to finance and executive level. Everyone within the organization that incurs any expense or travel and need to be reimbursed or have their corporate credit card bill paid by the company is required to use the concur expense and travel tool
The company does not need to support the tool. Our deployment if a full SAAS solution and is therefore supported by Concur itself and not Serta Simmons bedding company. Besides that, the company does have several developers that work with concur on any issues or needed enhancements that the company might need

The tool Concur currently supports all needs that Serta Simmons bedding and his employees need from the tool and do not need to look at another option for this area of the business. Everyone in the organization is currently happy and does not have any issues with the tools itself.

The single most important factor for concur was the fact that it is the most reputable and known tool in the industry. There were other tools we looked at but one met the needs of the company and did not have the reputation concur has in the industry so we decided on it.
There is nothing we needed to change a matter we are happy with the tool. We have not had any issues with the tool though. No tool is perfect and there have been some concerns but another tool would not have resolved them either so we are happy with the process overall.

No - The company made the decision not to pay for premium support. The current support level covers the needs of the company completely and we are happy overall. There were discussions of the possibility of obtaining premium support but the decision was made they the current level is sufficient for the company needs.
