Concur Travel and Expense is being used by all employees at my company throughout the United States and possibly other countries.
It is used to book travel, and report expenses for reimbursement.

- Booking travel is very straightforward.
- Accepts digital receipts, making expense reporting a breeze.
- Allows custom expense categories and rules.
- User interface is slightly hard to use.
- Booking multi-city trips takes some getting used to.
- Mobile app could be better.
- Faster reimbursement process.
- Saves time submitting reports because it supports digital receipts.
- Integrated with almost all airlines and hotels.
Haven't used the above two products a lot because my job didn't involve as much travel.

Ability to submit digital receipts is innovative and saves a lot of time for the employees.
For admins, Concur Travel and Expense provides ability to create custom expense categories and custom audit rules.
For employees, it provides ease of use by combining travel management and expense reporting.
