Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I regularly use Concur Travel and Expense to book my official trips and claim back the expenses. The process is pretty smooth and addresses the business problems such as timely reimbursement of costs, approval workflow and integration with AMEX credit card.

- The user interface can be made more friendly
- There should be a robust mobile app

- Creation of expense report is smooth when claiming the amounts
- Less worry when it comes to book travel (rail and accommodation) with all the rates in one place
- Claiming expenses on behalf of another employee is a good option
I have previously used a toolkit app to claim back medical expenses. It was convenient and had fewer steps to complete to claim the amount. Sometimes, I feel that there might be too many steps to make a claim using concur.
Integration with the company's credit card and payroll system to make the reimbursement is very convenient, and you don't have to worry about funds being missing out.
It saves time and drives efficiency with the automation of the process. This means fewer chances of errors and disputes and saving time which leads to focus on productive tasks by the employees.
Talking to people who work in the admin department and makes the processing of expense claims. I can comment that they fascinate the ease concur has provided them with, with centralized workflows, options to maintain audit trail in the system, rework on the expense and resubmission without completing everything from scratch, and fewer disputes back by an efficient process
