Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
ConnectWise Control aka ScreenConnect (marketing people and their ambiguous naming) is a great screen sharing solution. It's easy to deploy, manage, and control machines. The fact you can run remote commands is huge. It works from a Chromebook too.
We've been very pleased with this solution, it fits our budget, and delivers every time.
