Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
ConnectWise (ScreenConnect) is being used by the IT department to support all users in our business including doctors that we hire for services. Being able to remotely control a desktop and see what they are seeing frees up both our time and the end users' time saving the company money and headaches. The features that come with ConnectWise are really great and the price is competitive.
- Being able to connect remotely with people that you have not worked with before. Whether they are reviving an invite on email or going to our page to enter a code to start a session.
- Good customer support if you have any questions.
- Good documentation for everything. There are so many little details that you can make your own which is really nice.
- Editing billing options is not very straight forward.
- Saving time by remoting into a computer instead of assisting over the phone is worth every penny.
- Having a list of your computers that can be connected to with 1 click also saves time.
ConnectWise gives us more features for a better price. But the customer service we get also sets them apart.
