Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
I run a small side business developing web applications. I use ConnectWise control to assist customers remotely, particularly when they have a difficult time describing the problem, or when their explanation of the problem doesn't make sense. Having a real-time view of the customer's screen, and being able to point to specific areas of the screen instead of describing it over the phone is a game changer.

- Screen image capturing
- The "Access" feature is great, but the agent for Mac perpetually hangs on some machines. I suspect this has to do with multiple users being logged into the machine at the same time.
- Increased efficiency; prior to using this product I have had occasions where I needed to drive to a customer's location because I just couldn't understand their description of what was happening on their screen.
- Better communications with customers; asking them to describe what is on their screen always results in a frustrating conversation from both ends.
I evaluated ConnectWise (formerly ScreenConnect) against a variety of other products. I appreciated that it was cross platform and was the most reasonably priced solution.
