Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We used ConnectWise Control for quick and efficient remote helpdesk support. It was used by our IT department.
  • ConnectWise control is a quick and easy way to support user workstations remotely.
  • It has an efficient setup process with a small software footprint.
  • It allows simple file transfers and stays connected to workstations even after restarts.
  • I wish screen latency/refresh issues were lower. Sometimes you have to wait several seconds to see what is actually happening on the remote user's screen.
  • ConnectWise Control is an affordable solution that does its job well.

ConnectWise Control is a great tool for small businesses that need remote support tools.

Using ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I believe ScreenConnect is good at what it does. My biggest quibbles are that it can be rather laggy at times and that end users often struggle to open the application installer after entering join codes.
