Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

It is used by the IT department to remotely support end user machines. Some end users are remotely located in a variety of locations across the country.

Pros

  • Cloud based
  • Easy to use
  • Quick

Cons

  • Untrusted Mac version
  • Unable to remotely view Visual Studio Code
  • As a remote IT director, it allows me to fully manage all users' machines as if I were sitting in front of the machine.
[It's] Better.
I really like how easy it is to quickly connect to an end user's machine and have full control, including the ability to manage UCA prompts.
