Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
We offer instant support to clients with ConnectWise. With a simple link on our website we can access their machine and offer remote support. ConnectWise also offers that ability to load a remote client app that allows to instantly access our internal machines and servers. We can log in remote to access data or work remotely. Very easy to see all that remote machine and you can even see them on your phone. Offers FTP and multiple screen support along with screen capture. Great product at a very affordable price.
- Remote access to workstations. I am able to work remotely on office workstations as a user and servers from a support standpoint.
- Super small and fast support for our external clients. We offer a link on our website, we give them a one time code to access the client app. A small app is run and they are are ready for you to offer remote support. Works with any browser.
- The ability to screen capture. When we need to share a problem we can grab a picture and it is automatically saved locally.
- The ability [to handle] FTP files.
- Support is lacking. If you call them they will tell you to hang up and send an email or try and chat with them. They do not offer phone support for their products. Even if you reach someone that can help they will instruct not to call for support but to send an email.
- Easy support for our teams to offer support to new users.
- The ability to login and work remotely.
We used TeamViewer for years but they became very expensive the same with LogMeIn. ConnectWise offers all the capabilities for a much more affordable price.
