Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I use ConnectWise to help clients with their computer needs and problems. I add the applet to my corporate clients for unassisted log in and I use it to remotely connect to individual computers as needed.

- When controlling a user's system, the zoom function has presets that may be larger or smaller than what is needed to see their whole screen without having to scroll.
- Logging into the control panel and on the Access link, not seeing all of the computers listed until after clicking on until after you click All Sessions.
- ConnectWise Control has saved me time and money. Allowing me to work on client systems from my office or wherever I may be with internet access. Even sometimes connecting to a client's computer from a client's computer using the WEB applet. My clients like that I can log in and fix issues right away and not have to wait until I am available to get to them and usually at a lower cost than a site visit.
ConnectWise Control offers more services at a lower price than the other remote control services I have used. Also allowing a Pay as You Go option helps to not have a large bill for a year-long contract. Being able to share my screen, send and receive files, leave a remote access applet on the client computers and the ability to set up meetings make ConnectWise Control the better choice.
