Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use it to access customer computers for managing break-fix issues.

Pros

  • Quick access to remote Desktop
  • Transfer files in and out
  • Very easy to deploy

Cons

  • I would like to see grouping better on my dashboard
  • Built-in tools to fix common issues
  • It has allow us to quick deploy to remote computers
  • It allows multiple sessions to different computers at the same time.
I feel ScreenConnect is a much better production than any other remote desktop software on the market.
It is perfect for quick break-fix.
